SoftRobotics - Ulticasting
During the minor Advanced Prototyping of the TU Delft, Max Nobel and his team did research into using an 3d-printer to cast silicone into a water-soluble 3d-print to manufacture soft robotics.
This method provides extremely fast printing of flexible structures, a usually labor intensive process.
The project was a enormous succes and the team got Media attention from Algemeen Dagblad and several 3d-printing websites.
